We are looking for a dedicated and motivated colleague to join our material procurement team that is supporting sample and serial production in Continental Engineering location from Timisoara and Karben.

Your Tasks

  • Maintain SAP System for Raw Material Supply (storage location for all Raw materials)
  • Create, block, correct, delete Control Cycle for every Raw Material and change whenever requested
  • Supervise booking (Check raw materials transfers, backflashes; error list Post Process List)
    Supervise materials stock level in production area and organize returns to Warehouse if necessary
  • Supervise booking of Trail Runs and PPAPs Semi finished and Finished Goods - also posting a special Internal Order
  • Support with all materials withdrawn from production area filling and signing form by requester or booking them directly in SAP (for test in other department, special shipments to clients)
    Responsible for booking the scraps (ADCOM posting accordingly to scrap reasons; maintain Scrap list and reports it weekly and monthly to Management)
  • Support for inventories (instantly inventories and fill in the form for Finance Dep. for corrections; prepare periodically/general Inventories for Raw, Semi-finished and finished goods, for stocks checking)
  • Support in organizing material flow for sample build and spare parts. Support for booking on sample build requester's cost center
  • Periodically reports to Logistic Leader in FF (scrap reports, production level reports, calculates the productivity and quality percent for employee salary raise etc).
  • Supports the implementation of the company and the plant standards;

  • His/ her responsibility is to reach the “zero ppm” quality level in the manufacturing lines in his area of responsibility.

Your Profile

  • University Degree and/or relevant experience;
  • 1-3 year experience in electronics manufacturing;
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment;
  • Knowledge of IT Tools (MS Office, SAP);
  • English;
  • Presentation skills.

Continental Engineering Services (CES) is seeking an experienced Project Technical Lead to support exciting ADAS products, specifically camera products, on traditional OEMs, start-ups, and high-end electrical vehicles with software & system engineering activities for the CES DAAD (Driver Assistance & Automated Driving) Segment.

Your Tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading project teams for technical topics, specifically for camera related ADAS projects, to achieve technical project targets in time
  • Coordinate all technical disciplines within a development project
  • Plan technical work packages (content/schedule/quality) according to the overall project schedule
  • Coordinating and answering technical and organizational questions and topics directly with customer, engineering leads and project managers
  • Prepare technical decision options as input for the change control board and for management escalation
  • Leading the release process for ADAS projects in close coordination with the project manager
  • Interacting with all relevant Business Areas, manufacturing, and development locations for project releases
  • Leading technical discussions during the project acquisition phase with potential new customers

Your Profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Software engineering.  Additional technical Bachelors will be considered based on experience in target areas.
  • 5 years of experience with Automotive electronic systems and the associated Software, Hardware, and System development life cycles.
  • Experience with ADAS systems
  • Good communication skills with internal teams and customers
  • Ability to lead and organize tasks and teams with minimum oversight
  • Experience with customer interactions during project work (any role within a project that required direct interaction with a customer contact either technical or project management level)
  • Travel approximately 10%

Your Tasks

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in the sample build process (mechanical, electrical or test technicians/engineers)
  • Supervise the prototype/sample build process from material ordering, PCB assembly to final assembly, testing and sample delivery
  • Work out strategies and initiatives focused on continuous prototype/sample build process improvement
  • Define and develop team structure in accordance with business and project needs
  • Drive and manage sample build activities according to team capacity, level of competence and project needs
  • Manage new process technologies integration in the sample build process
