For our location in Nuremberg we are looking for a new employee (m/f/diverse) for Continental Engineering Services GmbH.

Your Tasks

  • Technical project leader for DCDC or battery management systems for hybrid and electric vehicles
  • First technical contact person of the project for the customer and internal stakeholders
  • Technical planning and synchronization of all R&D activities in the project development team
  • Technical leadership of all system engineering activities
  • Technical responsibility of the project, preparation of releases and internal reporting
  • Project handling based on the V-Cycle processes as well as relevant norms and standards
  • Creation of technical contract documents (specifications and acceptance criteria) for external development partners and suppliers
  • Cooperation with international development teams

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive environment and technical project management
  • Experience in development processes, analyses and creation of concepts according to ISO 26262
  • Deep knowledge in system engineering (requirements engineering, system architecture, system FMEA)
  • Very good understanding of hardware architectures / systems (DCDC or battery management systems)
  • Knowledge in system architecture and requirements engineering
  • Fluent language skills in english and german in written and spoken
  • Problem-solving skills, customer orientation and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Leadership and communication skills
