To strengthen our team we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (f/m/diverse) in Japan.
Your Tasks
- Proactively leading the sales process for engineering services as well as products for small series
- Management of existing customers and farming of related business
- Acquisition of new customers in the Japanese automotive market and Non-Automotive business
- Development and execution of a holistic customer strategy in coordination with the global teams
- Guidance of Sales team members in Japan with perspective for local or international team lead
- Ownership for all classic commercial Sales tasks (e.g. creation of quotes, price negotiations, contract management, invoicing)
- Support of development teams during the whole product development life cycle in regards to commercial customer topics
- Communication and alignment with internal local and global stakeholders
- Contribution to global Sales growth targets within CES Sales team
- High degree of freedom and entrepreneurship in day-to-day business
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of engineering, economics or comparable
- Experience in the field of “automotive” and/ or in the field of “engineering services”
- At least five years of professional experience in the above mentioned fields
- Commitment and passion in dealing with customer contacts at all levels
- High level of customer orientation while adhering to business objectives
- Experience in effective communication with international teams
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
- Native speaking level of Japanese
- Fluent English skills in word and writing
- Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel)
