Within Continental Engineering Services GmbH (CES) we are looking for you to strengthen our team as Quality Manager Projects (m/f/diverse).
Your Tasks
- Support for new projects from enquiry to series-ready
- Monitoring and documentation of process and product quality
- Participation in audits and assessments
- Active cooperation in optimizing existing processes
- Objective assessment of standard compliance, assessment and detection of deviations
- Achieving quality goals using methods, models and tools in the quality process
- Escalation of deviations and/or non-achievement of significant quality targets
- Examination of the maturity of a development project and granting the approval recommendation from the point of view of quality
- Advising and supporting the project team
- Coaching the project team
Your Profile
- Academic degree in information technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in software development, technical project management, quality management
- Experience in software development processes and quality assurance measures
- Knowledge and experience in international standards (ASPICE, IATF16949)
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs and how to use configuration tools
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Very good communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Structured way of working and assertiveness
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
