We are searching for a Chief Engineer Business Center Network, Actuator & Light Control (m/f/d) to support our area Software and Central Technologies in Regensburg or Markdorf.
In this position you will be responsible for the technical support and implementation of exciting development projects with the following tasks:
Your Tasks
- Driving and coordinating the technical strategic orientation of the business center across all programs
- Regular technical review of the business center product portfolio with program management and system architects
- Detecting and empowering synergies between ongoing aquisitions and projects
- Technical alignment with all stakeholders in multi-components aquisitions and projects
- Defining and presenting of technical concepts for internal and external customers
- Driving strategic projects within the business center
- Supporting critical projects in escalation situations and leading task forces
- Leading and performing the lessons learned process from technical perspective across the business center
Your Profile
- Academic degree in automotive engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of automotive software and/or hardware development of control units
- Experience in project management
- Experience in project acquisition
- Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 safety standard and cyber security
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Good planning and organizational skills, quick grasp, and analytical mindset as well as a high level of teamwork
- Confident communication skills in an international and multicultural environment
