We are searching for a Business Development Manager (m/f/diverse) for our location in Regensburg.
As an engineering and production partner, Continental Engineering Services (CES) develops customized solutions for technologically challenging tasks in automotive and industrial industries. Your Tasks
- Strategic expansion of the customer and product portfolio for the interior segment
- Presentation of products and services to potential customers, also on a technical basis
- Observation of trends and innovations
- Preparation of market and customer analyses for the evaluation of new business areas
- Development of marketing core messages in cooperation with central marketing
- Interface to central marketing in the creation of marketing materials
- Creation of presentations in cooperation with Marketing, Segment Business Developer and Sales
- Organization and implementation of TechDays at the customer’s site, participation in trade fairs and conferences
Your Profile
- Academic degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in product development in the automotive environment
- Technical understanding of automotive products
- Very good MS Office knowledge and experience with PM tools and presentation tools
- Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Confident demeanor, presentation skills and organizational skills
- High level of commitment and customer orientation as well as negotiating skills
- Very good communication and intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel
