We are looking for an ADAS Group Leader for our location in Veszprem.
Your Tasks
- Leading team of Software Developers/Testers (8-14 people)
- People management, including people development, regular feedback, carrier planning, performance evaluation, motivation
- Organization of work package distribution, fulfill manpower needs of projects
- Hiring new colleagues, integrate new team members into the team, make sure about sufficient mentoring
- Support and organize knowledge sharing within the team and engineering community
- Keep contact with other CES entities
- Keeping track of project budget of his group
- Support work of department leader in general (purchase, invest)
- Maintain a good, constructive mood, strong team spirit within group
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in any field of engineering or computer science
- 2-5 years experience in leading people
- Software Development background
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident English communication
- Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude
