RSX Motorsport ABS Kit

Our new CES RSX motorsports ABS unit, based on our high-performance MK100, has been designed for all types of racing vehicles. Our new software approach provides the best braking performance in-class outperforming our competitors on bumpy courses such as the Nurburgring Nordschleife section.  Included with the kit is the IMU (6-DOF), an additional pressure sensor, mode switchs, and all required connectors.

Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU)

  • Brake circuit split: Front/Rear
    • allows the usage of brake balance bars
  • Unit will be delivered pre-filled
    • No complex fill & bleed procedure necessary
    • Conventional bleeding of the brake system is sufficient

Benefits

  • Our CES RSX Motorsport ABS system is designed for front-rear split applications. The system offers one internal and an additional external pressure sensor, which enables capturing the exact pressure on both brake circuits even if a brake balance bar is in use.  The result is more accurate control performance.
  • The kit includes a bracket to mount the Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit (HECU) for flexible integration into your vehicle. 
  • A configuration tool is included in the kit which enables you to customize the parameters to suit your target vehicle.
  • An additional external pressure sensor is also included.
  • The HCU is provided pre-filled to enable easy rapid integration and save you the trouble and complexity of bleeding the brake system.
  • Provides configuration support for third-party (only class-III type supported) steering wheel angle sensor or Electric Power Steering (EPS) systems.
